YOUTH TEAM LEADER (22 HRS PER WEEK)
SALARY AND GRADING ACCORDING TO EXPERIENCE OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE. SALARY GRADE 8 SCP 31 - 34 (£30,435 to £32,975 PRO RATA)
Do you want to work for a progressive Town Council as we are looking for a part time (22 hours per week) conscientious, Youth Team Leader To develop and co-ordinate HETC under 18 years work. To manage the existing successful Friday Night Project for children and young people with additional needs for ages 11 to 25. You will play an important role in all aspects of our work, with a particular focus on building teams, engaging with the needs of our local community and working with families. The Youth Team Leader will actively lead and oversee several Youth groups and activities in the Hedge End area ensuring that we provide the best possible context for children and young people to fully participate in activities and make a difference in our local area.
Qualifications essential with work experience. Competitive terms and conditions including a local government pension is offered.
