From Monday 30th May.
Schoolchildren from our local primary schools and Hedge End Town Council Youth Groups will decorate the Bandstand to commemorate each decade of The Queen's reign. This project has been kindly sponsored by Minuteman Press in Hedge End.

The Chair of the Council will be plant a single commemorative tree in the Autumn. The location is yet to be decided.
COMMUNITY WOODLAND
As part of the Queen's Green Canopy, we have applied to the Woodland Trust to be part of the 'Plant a Tree for the Jubilee'. If successful, we will be able to plant more than 400 trees in a community woodland project. We will be inviting residents to come along and help us plant in the Autumn.
