KARATE 4 ADULTS

Come and learn a traditional Okinawan style of Karate in a hard-working and friendly club. Beginners are always always made very welcome. The Uechi-Ryu Karate Club is open to all ages from 16 upwards. Your first two lessons are completely free and you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. YOGA BASED PILATES
